base in the industry, our team
is dedicated to provide driving opportunities
in our various divisions: Teams, Singles
and Owner-Operators. Our fleet travels over 800,000 miles a
month. We service many companies, which allows us to have high-quality
miles all year long. If your load requires you
to make more than the original pickup and final drop, we’ll
pay for every additional. We offer a driver referral bonus.
Our drivers are paid every Friday through our direct deposit program
or with a check mailed to you.

Qualfications
• Minimum of two years experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a good driving
record for the past three years
• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
in the state of residence
• Must be able to operate in the 48 states
• Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation
physical and drug test
• Must have a solid work history
• Must not have any convictions for careless (of a higher
degree) or reckless driving in the past five years
• Must not have any more than two tickets for traffic
violations in the past 12 months; no more than 4 in the past
36 months
• In the past three years, must not have any tickets
for operating a motor vehicle without permission of the owner
or fleeing/eluding the police
• Must not have had any license suspensions in the past
three years
• Must not have any convictions for alcohol/drug-related
offenses in the last five years
• Must not have any pending criminal charges
• A conviction is not an automatic bar of employment
• Must have recent verifiable tractor trailer experience

OWNER OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS
1. Must letter truck at Owner Operators expense.
2. Must provide Collision and Bobtail insurance of not less
than $500,000.00 with Ever Fresh Farms Transportation as “additional
insured”.
3. Must provide base plates for truck.
4. Must provide Ever Fresh Farms Transportation with a Workmans
Comp. Certificate of Insurance or an exclusion certificate.
5. Must provide Ever Fresh Farms Transportation with Proof
of Payment for Highway Use tax. (form 2290)
6. Owner Operator will be responsible for oil and fuel in
refrigeration unit.
7. Owner Operator Must provide Ever Fresh Farms Transportation
with a copy of Annual DOT inspection with Ever Fresh Farms
Transportation listed as carrier.
Owner Operator Truck with Ever Fresh Trailer – paid 75%
of Gross Freight
Ever Fresh Farms Transportation will:
1. Provide Liability Insurance
2. Provide Cargo Insurance
3. Provide all Necessary Permits
4. Provide Payments of all Quarterly Fuel Taxes.
5. Trucks newer than 2001 & DOT inspected in our shop.
